The staff was knowledgeable and what the waitress didn’t know she was willing to ask the cook about. The sauces are hand made so they know all of the ingredients. They have fries, beans, and potato salad that are gluten free. They were also knowledgeable about other allergens such as soy. It’s an incredible, locally owned, delicious, safe barbecue joint.
