The employee was new so she wasn’t fully aware of the options, but she consulted with someone in the back and they assured me all of the seasonings and sauces for the meats are gluten free. The owner is also working on a dedicated gluten free menu. I had the pulled pork, half rack of ribs, brisket and coleslaw. I would not order brisket or the coleslaw again, the brisket was very dry and the coleslaw was watery, but the pulled pork was wonderful and the ribs tasty, if a bit drier than I usually prefer. Both the sauces they gave me (on the side to prevent cross contamination) were wonderful. It’s been two days since I ate there and haven’t had any reactions.
