New ramen place in Santa Cruz with 2 gluten free options! Both are very tasty, and as a sensitive celiac I have had no issues eating there multiple times now. There isn’t really any customization options for the gluten free choices, but they’re so good it doesn’t matter to me! My favorite is the Gluten Free Spicy Miso Ramen.
