Holiday Inn Express & Suites

Staff didn’t know but provided ingredients of their breakfast bar. Scrambled eggs, meat, boiled eggs, yogurt, juice, milk, fruit were gluten free. They had oatmeal but we only eat gf oatmeal. They didn’t have any special gf items. Cereal was not gf. Their rooms have a refrigerator and microwave and plenty of cabinet space to bring food in. Very nice and new Holiday Inn express
