Absolutely despicable. I was not allowed to eat in the restaurant because they were too busy. Nobody told me I had to put the table. I was told I had to order at the bar, tried to order gluten-free and I was told that they were not able to advise me. I had to wait for a supervisor and I was told it would be at least 20 minutes. Looking at the menu the only thing that was available for free with sandwiches, tomato soup vegan curry. What’s wrong with the Holiday Inn there are more gluten-free people now in the world and they have ever been and they really do not care
— Not at all
— No gluten-free information on the menu
Plenty of GF options and very tasty too! Staff are very knowledgeable about allergies and provide a safe and enjoyable service.
