Review of Holiday Inn Miami Beach-Oceanfront

It was terrible. 0 stars. No gluten free menu. The staff can’t help you. The person who helped me could barely speak English and didn’t know what wheat is much less gluten. He was irritated right off the bat. When I asked for assistance he was very annoyed and clearly didn’t know or care about celiac. I couldn’t eat the food and he wouldn’t issue a refund. He asked me to get something for the same price to exchange, but couldn’t help me find anything gluten free. Worst dining experience I’ve had in years. If you have gluten issues, stay clear.
