Surprisingly, the wait staff at the bar (yes, the bar not the restaurant) understand the gluten issues and will walk you through the menu items. Admittedly, it's not a huge selection but there are several things that should be safe. I had the tomato soup with GF bread and it was superb! I think the best tomato soup I've ever had. And absolutely no problems afterwards! And if you're staying there at the hotel, the breakfast buffet in the restaurant is wonderful because everything is listed with all of the allergens. Eggs, bacon, fruit, herring, and more so you'll have a good selection.
