Very good chicken, loved the Holly’s hot classic sandwich with the gluten free waffle and the chicken fingers. Coleslaw could be a bit sweeter and the fries would be better if homemade.

Tried their chicken tenders and fries. Dedicated fryer for chicken and fries. Medium spicy chicken. Will be back to try the sandwich. Unfortunately the corn bread and gravy both contain gluten.

Absolutely delicious gf chicken, fried Cauliflower and waffle buns. Can have any sauce with the exception of the honey garlic. Staff were well aware of celiac disease and comfortable serving me.

Gluten free fried chicken can be hard to find, but this place has it down! Great little fried chicken sandwich place! The regular hot sauce is a perfect light heat, and the habanero hot builds in a great way that brings a tear to the eye, and fades fairly quickly after. The staff know about Gluten very well and are very knowledgeable. The chicken and cauliflower bits are entirely gluten free, but the honey garlic sauce and gravy are not gluten free. They also have non-gluten free home made donuts that are worth every penny! Sooo good!
