Staff was knowledgeable about gluten free. Asked if they have GF buns for burgers, no use a GF bread and it’s delicious. Asked if fries were dedicated, no but offered fresh fruit or salad. Food was delicious. They grind/chop beef daily for burgers. GF bread was toasted and really good, like a crisp rye bread. Great experience.
