This is a cart in the French market. They have three cooking areas for crepes, two on one side and one on the complete other side. They cook the gluten free (also vegan) crepe on the one cooking surface completely separate from the others. There’s very little risk of cross contamination but as always there’s a chance. When they went to cook my crepe I watched the woman wash her hands and put on new gloves before coming to the gf side. I was very impressed and the crepes were very delicious. I had both a savory one and a sweet one because I couldn’t make up my mind!! 10/10 would recommend and go again!
