Review of Holy Schnitzels

Holy Schnitzels is a Cambridge food van owned and operated by the lovely Alex and Beccy. They are meticulous in their gluten-free prep and food handling. The schnitzel is prepared ahead of time in a separate kitchen and then stored in the van in separate containers and in a separate refrigerator. The food is cooked in dedicated gluten-free pans using separate utensils. The schnitzel is served on a great gluten-free bun and their fries are also completely gluten-free. They have veggie options as well. You must order ahead of time but it is oh, so worth it. Beccy is happy to talk through the steps she takes to prevent cross-contamination.
