Review of Holy Smoke

On the “holy plater”, the different meat dishes are gluten free, except the sausage. Regarding the sides, the coleslaw, the potatoes and the salad are gluten free, the cornbread is not. I could have two gluten free sauce for the meat. The staff knew about gluten and guided my through the menu carefully.
