Though their ingredients are probably gluten free, the gentleman behind the counter seemed annoyed at my questions about how things are prepared, etc. As a celiac who has no choice but to be extra diligent about cross- contamination, it made me feel stupid and like I was a bother to him. All it takes is a little bit of understanding, kindness, and a willingness to help your customer. I’m not sure how the other employees are, but I probably won’t go back to find out.
