I’ve eaten here a few times and the servers are hit or miss. The food is really great and there are more than a few GF/DF options but you definitely want to ask your servers to get you the GF menu and articulate how serious your celiac is. I usually get a meat and potato skillet with eggs and have only ever gotten sick once because the server didn’t have the kitchen cook my food on aluminum foil as the grills are shared. So take precaution but it is local and locally sourced so although it’s a chain, they do have a little more awareness than most.
