Wait staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They told me all the items that had what I was allergic to. Everything was delicious and fresh. They also had a large selection of gf options.

Read the reviews and was excited to try it! Had the sunchoke salad and it was yummy as was the rice cake. I believe they’re well intentioned but no one has explained cross contamination to them. Unfortunately we sat at the bar watching the kitchen and decided not to eat the chicken We ordered because there’s tons of cross-contamination happening there. The person heating the pita is in the wood oven was tossing them in and then adding cilantro to the tops of dishes. Without washing his hands. They were also using pans repeatedly with gluten and non-gluten items in them. Then they would stack all the pans that were used in the Woodfire oven, which had been touching, the pitas and putting gf items in them. . If you are not sensitive to cross-contamination, I think you might be fine. The salads are made by the same person in a separate area so those seem to be safer.

Wonderful neighborhood bistro our friends who live in the neighborhood treated us to! They had so many gluten free options, nearly everything! We skipped the pita bread and they brought us a warm buttery homemade ricecake for dipping into the many dips, sides, entrees we ordered. Sharing for the table is encouraged and easy once you convince your friends not to dip the pita bread in the food:) We are from Portland and very spoiled without dedicated gluten free kitchens to choose from, but this establishment made us feel safe and taken care of. While they don't have GF marked on menu maybe only 2 items were not. The wait staff was beyond helpful and assuring there was no gluten. The food was the best we've ever had at this price point. Who needs to spend hundreds on a nice meal? We will drive back up the I-5 just to eat here!
