The folks serving food at the counter have always had a good grip on what is gluten free when I’ve visited. Most recently, I realized there was also a printed allergen list tucked in to the counter glass up against the wall.
Brisket is my standard order. I also had pastrami bacon and brisket queso this time. Many sides are gluten free, although not all.
The darker “sticky” sauce on the tables is gluten-free, but the lighter red “sweet and hot” sauce is not.
