Review of Homewood Suites by Hilton

We knew that breakfast was included in our stay, but dinner (Mon-Thurs) was a surprise. I was doubtful about being able to eat, but foods were kept very separate and the kitchen staff were all very accommodating, knowledgeable and pleasant. I was able to eat breakfast sausage, several kinds of scrambled eggs (varied by the day) and even egg, cheese and ham or sausage breakfast sandwiches (prepared for me without the bread!). Dinner included a small, but very fresh, salad bar with Ken’s dressings and no croutons. I was able to eat 3 out of 4 nights (pulled pork with corn tortillas, hamburgers no bun and chicken cutlets). The staff was happy to show me food packaging with ingredient lists. Coffee, decaf and tea were available any time. Dinner included red or white wine. All a happy surprise and over the course of five days I didn’t get sick once.
