Been there twice now. Most burgers can be ordered gluten-free with no modifications other than the bun. Burgers are delicious. They ask preference or allergy when ordering GF. Fries and tots are fried in their own fryer. I recommend the 1809 with freedom tots +/- truffling. The All-american is great too!
