Best GF buns by far of any place I've eaten in Europe and North America! The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five is that my husband and I ordered our burgers well-done and they were both very light pink inside. The red onion relish (caramelized onions) added a tiny bit of sweet that complimented the beef and cheese. Make sure you try their chips (prepared in a dedicated fryer) with rosemary salt-just enough rosemary flavor to give them an added pop! Delicious! I wish they had this restaurant in the states!
