I have been here several times before my celiac diagnosis. They have delicious food. Unfortunately, after my diagnosis, I called and asked their precautions they take. She said they have a separate cookspace/toaster, the works for gluten free. Unfortunately, I got very sick after eating here for 3 days. It might possibly have been because of the heavy dairy in the meal, but unfortunately I have been too scared to return to give them another chance.

I have dined in once and picked up a smoothie another time. Waited an hour to be seated for a Sunday breakfast do to poor management (gave the booths away to a single person and a couple, leaving a party at 4 at the bar, when they could have sat the party of four and seated two more couples at the bar) and halfway through our wait, pushed most of the tables together because a large party had just called ahead. That left the counter and two booths for anyone else. It was my birthday and if I wanted to sit a counter we would have gone to a diner instead of paying $30 for breakfast for two. It was the counter or another hour for a wait. I cannot have rice or sorghum and I was told while they had gluten free pancakes, I would have had to call ahead the day before this I wanted grain free pancakes (almond flour or the like.) Yes, it's Celiac friendly for the most part, but it's just not worth the hassle. I ordered a smoothie on another occasion. It was absolutely flavorless, maybe it's my fault because I didn't order one of their pre-made recipe suggestions, but since I can't have dairy I'm kind of forced to do so.

Love the carrot pancakes. They are a little slow getting food out but worth the wait to not be sick and get a good breakfast

The menu is great and contains many options for food sensitivities; however, this Is the slowest restaurant I have ever experienced. We have given them three chances and it’s always the same. Smoothies take over 20 minutes to make and breakfast food preparation is a minimum of 45-60 minutes from the time of order to your table. This is puzzling to me since the restaurant only accommodates about 12 tables plus about 8 bar seats. It will also take you about 45 minutes to get a table so you can count on a 2 - 2.5 hour breakfast. Not worth it.

The menu is clearly marked with items containing gluten. There are LOTS if choices on the menu to choose from. So many in fact, it was hard to choose! The wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Many healthy and unique choices as well. You can order with ease of mind here. And the coffee is amazing here! Just sayin’!

We had a fantastic meal! The wait staff was very knowledgeable about celiac disease as well as other allergies. They have separate prep space, change gloves, wash hands, etc. They have a great variety of breakfast, lunch, and smoothie choices. I highly recommend this place!
