On safety—Most menu items are made all gluten-free from ingredients/spices to sauces. For those items not gluten-free we have fully sanitized surfaces between contact using foodsafe recommendation hospital grade cleaners approved through the public health inspector, non-GF and GF items never cross paths. Items are stored separately and served separately - including designated GF serving ware (tongs, honey dippers, charcuterie trays) and a designated fryer for gluten-free items on the menu that are GF.
