My husband and I stopped here on our way home from Gatlinburg, about 40 minutes away. I got a macadamia nut latte and gluten free paleo-friendly almond biscotti, both of which were delicious. My biscotti tasted like it was made here but it was individually packaged, as were the other gluten free options including blueberry muffins, brownies, and several varieties of granola bars. Oat milk is another nondairy milk option. My husband enjoyed his guava cheese pastry (not gluten free). I appreciate that they have several healthy syrups made in-house, such as the maple sea salt syrup which is just maple syrup and sea salt. Or the crème brûlée syrup which is made with organic grass fed ghee, brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. The lady who was taking orders was also making drinks and was so efficient, answering questions for the next customer while making drinks. We're impressed with the coffee, service, and allergen-friendly options.
