There are no seats at this place, but there are a bunch out front that are shared with other restaurants. I ate outside since we just had a warm day. The staff did not make mine from the back, but did prepare mine in the same way you order at Chipotle. They have a sheet that lists their gluten free items. There is plenty to eat here. I would recommend getting the Tamari gluten free soy sauce and spicy sesame oil as your “sauce.”
The staff here took note of my celiac when I told them, and asked me to circle what I wanted on the menu so that they could make my poke bowl with fresh ingredients from the back. I felt very safe eating here and the food was delicious as well.
