Sigh of relief! Not only were they willing to accommodate us when we showed up 15 minutes before the kitchen closed (10pm), but they had the only clearly marked GF menu we found in Telluride. We shared the asparagus salad and yellow curry with chicken. The asparagus was good, but I was pretty impressed by the curry. I'll admit that in a ski town I expected one of those bland curries with a bunch of veggies. This one had some spicy ginger/lemongrass bite to it. Very tasty. They've also got a premium selection of tea and what looked like a full bar downstairs. There were several GF menu options. I'd definitely recommend this as a celiac-safe option.
