They had a list of gluten free options that I ordered from but I still got sick. Not worth taking the chance if you are sensitive to cross contamination in my opinion.

— Good

The food was really good. The staff knew what could and couldn’t be made gluten free. The girl at the counter asked the person in the back to change gloves and be careful with my dish. I got the Kailua pork with rice and cucumber salad. They can also do their chicken gf without sauce.

I love Honolulu Grill! I simply asked if the sweet sauce is GF, and the employee immediately knew to verify if I needed my whole order to be GF. So she made sure I had no sauce with gluten and no meat with gluten and automatically gave me cucumber salad instead of mac salad. I got Kalua pork and it was delicious! Although I will forever miss their sweet sauce and mac salad, because it is the best of the best.

I get the Kalua Pork, white rice and Namasu salad every time and never had an issue. They have a list of what can be prepared gluten free.
