We had a great experience at Hook & Vine. We emailed the restaurant before we made a reservation and the chef, Jason responded and said he would ensure he could make my meal celiac safe. When we arrived we talked to the waitress and she told Jason who then came out and discussed how my food would be prepared. He himself has celiac and it was a relief to be able to eat and meal in peace. The food was very good. Loved the salmon and then deviled eggs.
