Hooked

Staying at the hotel and had breakfast at hooked. Gluten-free not marked, but waitress very helpful, checking with the cook, and made me a very safe gluten-free omelette with fresh fruit on the side. Was delicious! And no symptoms. (We didn’t eat dinner here, but they did tell me the scallop risotto and a seafood pasta. Would both be safe and they were aware of cross-contamination) Had an awesome fancy cocktail at the bar, and they made sure to use gluten-free ingredients. Again, no symptoms!
