Overall I had good experiences, but not all the staff are knowledgeable. I asked the people in the truck what was gluten free and got different answers each time. Unfortunately, the first night I was told everything was gluten free to find out the shoyu sauce was in fact not. I got sick.

The traditional poke is only gluten free if you don't get put on the shoyu sauce (it comes on the side). The fish tacos were good. I didn't dare order anything fried because the "special of the day" was chicken tenders and I didn't trust it.

I was told everything on the menu was gluten free, so I ordered the traditional poke and the Mahi Mahi sandwich. Both were phenomenal, tons of food so if you're down to share (the poke bowl at least) it's not too expensive considering. Delicious, and as someone who's pretty sensitive I was totally fine. I say "most items are gluten free" mostly because I didn't double check everything on the menu.
