"Most beers gluten reduced! <10ppm" says the menu. I was shocked! I asked the server, he said only the double IPA was not gluten-reduced (menu varies daily). This is the same technique used by Daura and Omission beers - made from barley, but gluten is removed using an enzyme. It's up for debate whether this method is safe for Celiacs. But the beers are delicious!
