They don't have a dedicated fryer or many GF options, but they can usually make 1 or 2 things GF.
The hostess said most everything can be made gluten free. The server was not quite as generous though he did give me several options. He said they could make fried chicken in rice flour but it would take an extra half hour. I got the shrimp and grits. The grits were great; the shrimp was bland. My companion also ordered shrimp and grits and hers came with a delicious sauce (so she told me) that must be gluten-full and add a lot of flavor. Next time I'll try the salmon.
Had good options for happy hour snacks. Dedicated fryer always a plus.
