Hops was great! The waiter told me the Manager had Celiac so he knew exactly what could and could not be gluten free- even the sauces. Burger and GF bun were fantastic! The fries are not GF, but the chips are. My meal was delicious and I haven’t reacted!

Not celiac friendly! There’s a potential for cross contamination and they also do not have a GF menu.

I was told specifically this restaurant is not Celiac safe. They use the same utensils for everything. Including the buns.
I spoke with the owner. Due to the volume of food they produce & kitchen set up, they cannot guarantee avoiding cross contamination. He would rather be honest than make somebody sick.
The burger was great WITH a gluten free bun-which was incredible! They also had a New York Style gluten-free cheesecake that was amazing! No reaction!😊

Since I've known I have CD we like to find places that have gluten free buns. We decided to try this restaurant last night. While ordering the waitress did know what was gluten free and what isn't. Their fries are not but their sweet potato fries are. But you can't get those because they have a shared frier. I ordered a beef burger on a gluten free bun with vegetables. When another person brought out our food though he had my burger in the middle so it was leaning on one with a regular bun. We told him o can't eat the top bun since it touched. He took it back and came back out with what may or may not have been a different bun. The food was good and my family enjoyed their's. Then about 10 minutes after the meal my reaction started. It was a medium reaction and I will not go back.

Told me my drink was a mead, but it wasn't. Suffered for the rest of the weekend. Also ordered a turkey burger since I have alpha gal (mammal allergy) but they gave me beef. Stay away!

I ate at their new location yesterday. My waitress was wonderful. Food was delicious too. Will go back but I think it would be best to go when they were not busy. I see very long lines there.
Yes
NOT CELIAC SAFE. First time I went, waitress knew what celiac disease was, and I was fine. Second time, my food was contaminated and I got sick. So now I'm afraid to go back, which is a shame bc their burgers are really good.

Very happy I could pick any burger on the menu.

I HAVE NOT EATEN HERE. THIS IS A WARNING FOR THOSE WITH Celiac. I contacted the restaurant. They do not change gloves when handling gluten and non gluten buns. They also grill the buns on the same grill together due to lack of space.

They offer a veggie and Gf burger, which just happens to be amazing, and Gf beer. Would have given them 5 stars, but they don't have a separate fryer, so all the tempting fries are off limits :(
I am amending my review after admittedly weekly (if not more so) visits. They now offer another gluten free and vegetarian burger, the nutty patty. They are so consciousness of dietary restrictions that they removed the bread crumbs to make it GF. The hummus had been upgraded to a roasted red pepper, and honestly I don't miss fries. I feel good when leaving and I cannot speak highly enough about the entire staff. They are genuinely concerned about their customers, and I am forever a loyal one.
Yes
GF bun is a little dry & there is an upcharge for it. All salad dressings are GF. Also, they did have Wicked Weed Gluten Freek of Nature on a rotating tap for a bit.
The gluten free burger was great! Really wanted the fries they looked amazing.
Same as below, no separate fryer, but delicious burger on Gluten-free bun!
It is hard to go out an order a burger when you have celiac disease. When I found out you could get a burger on a gluten free bun I was all over it. My burger was amazing! They also have a few gluten free beers. I did place my order to go and ate it once I got home and never got sick. I only specified I wanted my burger on the gluten free bun. No cross glutenation.
