Very happy, beer was gluten free and the team were very knowledgeable about gluten. Menu is very clear on what we can and can't have as celiacs.
I'm also vegetarian so I couldn't have their usual options but their salads were great. Would go back

Nice quaint place , good burger, have Cider and a gluten free beer on tap. Wish they had toasted the bun though , it fell apart. They listened to me and did their best . The do not have a gluten menu but have things on the menu that can be gluten free. So far so good. Definitely Celiac friendly!

The gf menu options were minimal and perfunctory. Despite the confusing review below, the mac and cheese is not available GF and only a couple menu items are. The food was fine, but there were not enough options for me to call this a good place to go for gf.

Can't eat here if cross contamination is a concern. The staff was very upfront about it, which I appreciated and thus did not have a meal.

Chorizo Deviled Eggs, Carnitas, And Bacon Mac and Cheese. Everything was spectacular. We will be back next time we're in town. There are plenty more meals we want to try! Staff was very knowledgeable.
While the good is phenomenal if you have celiac disease do not eat here. Both my friend & I got glutenized & ended up very sick.

We are here twice. Quite a few gluten free choices. I had gluten free bacon Mac n cheese the first night and the Big Tex sandwich on gluten free bread the second night. Very very tasty!
There are tons of options that are clearly marked on the regular menu (maybe 75%) and both dishes my husband and I had were very good (Bacon Mac & Cheese and the Friday Carnitas special).
There was a casual and fun vibe, the place was clean, and the staff was friendly. There were 7 GF beers and 7 cider options which is pretty impressive for a place called Hops Culture. A definite must for people seeking gluten free food in Aspen.
Great cider and GF items are clearly marked. Nice ambiance sitting outside as well!
Gluten free beer and cider - largest selection in town. Gluten free options on menu plus gluten free bread for any of the sandwiches/burger.
Relaxed, trendy atmosphere. Gluten free items clearly marked on menu. Not a huge menu, but decent options. A few kinds of gf beer. We got the quinoa hand roll appetizer and it was really good.
