Just WOW ! So many gf choices I took the homemade Parmesan fondue. That is the first time I’ve see this as gf in the last 15 years. Was so crispy. Then the thai shrimp. So crispy too. With ceasar salad, rice and greek potato. Absolutely delicious. I wish this restaurant tonbe everywhere in the province of Quebec. As I understand from the explanation on the menu, the pizza is NOT for celiac but for gluten sensitive person. But there are so many other choices.
