Not sure what they do in terms of limiting cross contamination, but GF items are marked and the food is very good. Totally vegetarian. Had a great meal, my new go-to in Borough Market.

Recommend this place for wheat allergic and general public too! We had a very satisfying meal at their South Bank Centre stall!
The staff was knowledgeable about cross-contamination and helped us with the order.
Our order was Moong Dal Dosa (Lentil crepe stuffed with potato curry) excluding Chole (chickpeas curry) and Sev( topping).

Vegetarian Indian food stall in Borough Market. I was a little confused because everything I read online said it was a fully gf place but they do have some items with gluten at this location. Everything is clearly marked and one of the servers told me they cook the gluten items away from the gf ones. I got a dosa filled with potatoes and cheese and chickpea curry and a masala chai. It was delicious and seemed pretty safe!
