Ordered a gf bun because of an allergy. Was given a regular bun. However, I didn't realize this until I started getting sick. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
Update I gave it 1 star, not 3.

The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable about respectfully caring for their gluten free customers! We were in Rochester to visit our son at college. In looking for a restaurant to accommodate our group of seven as well as my need for GF options, we discovered Hose 22 Firehouse Grill. We called first to ask about their kitchen practices. They gave very thorough answers about using separate surfaces and pans for food prep. Several items on the menu are marked as GF, and several more items beyond those can be modified and served gluten free. When I ordered my entree, the waitress tagged my order as “gluten allergy/celiac”. The gesture that made the most impact to me was that my entree was delivered first before everyone else’s and the waitress was wearing food service gloves to carry it to me. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was awesome!

GF items are clearly marked on the menu with a decent amount of options.
I told the server I have a gluten allergy, and asked if the fries are in a shared fryer. She said “yes, so if you have celiac they aren’t safe,” so it made me feel safe knowing she knew what celiac is. I got an amazing burger with a side salad- they have GF buns available.
I did see they have GF pizza but I’m guessing it’s not celiac safe.
