Hoseki is very good at accommodating celiac disease while providing excellent sushi! This is my favourite place to get sushi in the GTA. I feel extremely safe eating there. You can speak to the chefs personally if you are worried about celiac accommodations. They also always remember that I have celiac and always have the GF soy sauce on the table when I walk in. They are wonderful!
