Review of Hosteria Papagayo Cotopaxi

This was an amazing find well off the beaten path. We went to stay at the hostel, but were shocked to realise their understanding of food allergies. The fully understood gluten-free & took all necessary steps to avoid cross-contamination, but the were also willing to accommodate other allergies & kosher requirements. If you find yourself travelling between Quito & Cotopaxi, this is definitely a place to eat.
