Hot Indian

Finally - a delicious, safe place to eat at Target Field! This is a concession stand at section 120. There's not much selection (for anyone). They make a bowl with brown rice, chicken tikka or a vegetarian dish, apple cole slaw, microgreens, and crispy chickpeas. Everything's gluten free! The "hot" in Hot Indian is a spicy sauce they put on separately - for spice wimps like myself, the chicken tikka alone didn't have any heat. You can also buy the crispy chickpeas separately, which I'll do next time. Highly recommended - I hope they stay there!
