Hot N Juicy Crawfish

Went in and waited 30 minutes to be told NOTHING IS GLUTEN FREE. So I left. Can’t find a gf seafood boil in Vegas sadly.

Excellent food, reasonable prices, and stellar service. NOT GLUTEN FREE. The only SAUCE that has no gluten ingredients is the LOUISIANA SAUCE according to management. Other than that they will not divulge ingredients because of trade secrets. If you are truly celiac, that’s a big NO. Often broths used in this type cooking have wheat & yeast ingredients....

Went in said I was allergic to gluten, and they said they didn't have anything that was gluten free.

Okay... no gf menu.... but their sauces are gf. We eat there one or even two times a trip to Vegas... it is worth a car rental... and I am extremely sensative to slight cross contamination and have never had a problem. Even optional sausage add on us safe, so is the rice.
