Manager was willing to show ingredients labels of soup bases and was willing to discuss any concerns with me seriously. She described another gluten free customer and what they ordered. Like most Asian restaurants it’s not a gluten free establishment, but the level of communication along with the style of eating (raw ingredients into a soup to cook at your table) I was comfortable taking the risk. They had gluten free soy-sauce available.
