I have eaten here twice in the last month and had no problems. I was specific about my celiac and wheat allergies. I also try to choose the simpler foods, soups typically contain msg so I avoid those.
I eat here regularly and have never reacted. I was told they have a dedicated gf fryer. Lots of options, fairly knowledgeable staff overall, but it depends on the individual server. It's one of my favorite gf places in Maryville.
Good but not to be trusted. They cross contaminated me really bad. I was sick for days. If you are sensitive DO NOT eat here.

Gluten free friendly, great food, good selection, excellent staff.
The cross contaminate the cooking area buns are grilled on the same surface as the burgers.
But they also have msg in some of their foods. And the staff is very unknowledgeable about what’s actually server or how it’s prepared.
Couldn’t be happier with this place! Our waitress, Nicole, was very knowledgeable about food allergies and gave us the warmest welcome and great service. It was our first time here, one celiac and one Hashimoto’s and both of us were happy with our experience. So nice to see a clearly defined menu with many options.
They use smartbuns gluten free buns which is also keto/low carb friendly. I only discovered the restaurant when I was looking at locations to buy smartbuns on their website. I have been there several times and love the selection and the food. Great service. Tables are small but that is only the thing I can say is not the best about the place. Great food. Doesn’t bother my stomach at all.
I just started eating here a few months back and it seems like they’ve stepped their gluten free game up recently. They added a separate fryer recently for the Fries and bag everything separately. They also have gluten free milkshakes and really good burgers
A large variety of GF on the menu and clearly marked. They have GF bun that’s really good. Definitely will be back!

my daughter ask for a gluten free bun. and after she ate it they told her, they served her a regular bun and that they are sorry.
and now my daughter will be swollen for two week. poor quality
Over 80 burgers to choose from, mostly GF. All marked on the extensive menu. No separate fryer but plenty of options and so good! I recommend the pimento cheese burger w GF bun. They even indicate on the menu that a grilled bun is NOT GF...this place knows what it’s talking about.
Many articles on the menu are marked gluten free, but they are not. Almost everything is cross contaminated in the kitchen. There is no designated GF area. The fryers and other cooking items are not GF. This is a fine for those who prefer GF by choice but not by someone who has true Celiac. Order with caution.

Great menu. They clearly identify what is GF and also are clear the fries are cross contaminated in fryer. Food was tasty. No negative effects. Service was slow at a time they were not busy. Server was not super attentive. Chili was like warm when it arrived.

This place is just AMAZING !!! From the the way it's decorated to the staff and to the food. They are firing on all cylinders. whether or not you have celiac, you must check this place out when in the area. The food was great, the service was exceptional and the atmosphere is second to none. I was visiting the area on vacation, used my FMGF app and this place came up, so I stopped in , and went back and back everychance I had while there. Staff was very knowledgable and professional all with a 50's flair. Very Very clean too. Great job guys, Thank you
Absolutely 100% celiac friendly! Huge gf menu and it was AMAZING. This has become a family dining tradition anytime we are in the area. Be prepared to wait for seating at busy times (weekends) though. It's a small place and seems to have a pretty regular following. Worth the wait!
Just ate here and the choices were amazing! They even had gf buns for the burgers. They train everyone about gluten. The owners son is gluten intolerant. We are so happy to find this great (and cute) place to eat that my husband can be excited about as well. The only possible improvement would be dedicated french fry cooker but my steamed broccoli was perfect. Kerrie , our server, was on top of it all. We'll be back!

Very very good burger and cheese grits were good. Wish I could have had the fries but at least there were other options. Would have given 5 stars if our table hasn't been so extremely small. It was very hard to eat the wonderful food when two plates and drinks were squeezed onto table that was up against the wall. Environment was good jut cramped.
Great lil diner! The staff knows their stuff and the menu is clearly marked for all GF options, and boy do they have options. No dedicated fryer, but plenty of non fries sides to pick from. I had the Hickory bacon burger and cole slaw, great combo! Will be going back again and again.
I got a bacon cheeseburger with a side of cheesy grits. I was very happy with my meal.
The greatest little fifties diner huge labeled menu. Very cool nothing beats homemade.
