Cute restaurant with lots of gluten free options. Very limited if you have to be dairy free too. Staff was willing to look up sauces , meats etc . to check if they were gluten free, but they were not very knowledgeable. They did warn me there was flour in the air from the homemade bread. I chose not to eat there.

Love this little lunch spot! We like the Rea Sandwich - which I believe is on Rudi 's GF bread - black forest ham, pears and brie.

Offer gluten free bread for sandwiches. Great little deli. Amazing salads! Gluten free packaged cookies from Colorado too!
