Went to try this restaurant as other reviews sounded very positive and was really excited but they were closed. Be cautious of the operating hours. They were closed in the afternoon.
Food was delicious and the servers were extremely friendly. I ordered the basket chicken with fries. Server seemed fairly knowledgeable about gluten and told me that the fries are in a dedicated fryer which does not contain gluten. She told me the sauce is mayo and asked me if that is ok. I've never heard of mayo that contains gluten so I just ate it. It comes on the side by default anyway, so you can decide for yourself whether to eat it.

Jeanette at Hotel Alpenblick was great! She helped us figure out what was safe for my Celiac husband to eat. The food was fresh, delicious, and homemade. Dishes are pan fried so there is less cross contamination.

Alpenblick: Ate there twice, fried chicken (yes, GF), pork belly, homemade sausage, wonderful carrot ginger soup. Good understanding of celiac gluten free requirements. Good service.
