Great hotel for gluten free, breakfast buffet has options but chefs will get everything from the back for you to prevent cross contamination. Staff are knowledgeable and every restaurant in the hotel has options including room service which has an extensive list of items and the chef will prepare you off menu items if you have other dietary issues or allergies.
