After being diagnosed celiac, I wasn’t sure I’d ever eat food this good again. This is the one place on earth where as a celiac you can feel like you truly belong, and that’s because of the magic here created by Nadia Sammut. Come for every meal you can. Stay at the inn as your launching point to explore neighboring villages. We have breakfast here, venture out for the day, and come back for a late dinner and it’s perfect. Nadia is incredibly conscientious, has relationships with the local farmers and her own mill(!!!) to keep all ingredients gluten free.

For the 2nd time, I had the chance to have lunch at La Fenière. Each time it was an incredible and unforgettable taste moment! The whole menu is absolutely gluten-free, because Nadia, the chef is also celiac. It is an incredible opportunity for us celiacs to be able to discover in complete safety a starred cuisine, in which the mixture of flavors and tastes is a real moment of pleasure, even if you choose the bistronomic menu. The setting is superb, the staff is adorable and caring. I will go back there the next time I come to France, that's for sure!

Stayed here during a recent trip to France and it was truly amazing. The property has 12 rooms and the staff are truly exceptional in accommodating dietary restrictions while serving incredible food. Chef Nadia Sammut has celiac disease and has created an entirely GF property with two great restaurants - La Cour and Gastronomique. Both are fantastic. Can’t wait to return
