Hotel B Ice Cream Parlor

I'm a huge fan of the Creamery at Penn State, so when we found their ice cream at the Historic Bethlehem Hotel, we were very excited. The staff suggested that the ice creams with peanuts were especially safe because they do not share the scoop with any other ice creams. Many other flavors are safe as well and they have a full list, but if you are very sensitive and can have peanuts, this is the way to go.
