Review of Hotel Berchtold, Restaurant Berchtold, Bar B5

I love the "b5 salad" with chicken sweet n sour! There are a few meals that are glutenfree and some of the others can be modified. Waitstaff doesn't know a lot about celiac disease and glutenfree but at least the chef knows what is important to us.
