Hotel Cavalieri

This is Hotel Cavalieri’s restaurant for the customers of the hotel. They offer dinner in the evening and breakfast in the morning. They know celiac disease and were super helpful in explaining what’s gluten free on the menu and what is not despite the language barrier.

I had risotto, salad, some ham for appetizers and main course and watermelon for the dessert. Everything was super delicious and very affordable, only 15 euros in total. No doubt one of the best dinners during my time Italy.

For breakfast I asked from the kitchen for gluten free products and I was given some bread, biscuits and muffins on a separate plate.

I’m not sure if you can have dinner here without staying over in the hotel. However if you are a celiac and staying in Lake Trasimeno area, I can warmly recommend this place for you!
