We called ahead to hear if glutenfree is possible and they assured that they can provide some options but we have to bring our own bread and they have a shared kitchen and can not garantee absolut safety.
When we arrived they had bought extra glutenfree bread and were very helpful even though our servant didn't know much about glutenfree and asked wether eggs and cheese is ok.
We gave them a little card with the forbidden ingredients and the servant checked everything with the kitchen. Fondue with potatoes, Roesti and also Vacherin with potatoes are options. As their house dressing contains gluten they brought some vinager and pumpkin oil with our salad.
For breakfast they had fruits cheese and ham.
Would not recommend if your vegan.
