A quick one night stay here on business included dinner at the hotels restaurant. I was blown away by the restaurants understanding of allergies and if you need to be in the area, this is highly recommended for a celiac! the wait staff were very knowledgable and could answer all my celiac related questions about the kitchen and contamination. Apparently practically all meals on the menu can be created GF and the meal was very good; bread (consisting of 4 GF rolls) and dips followed by steak, vegies, chips (GF and seperate fryer I was informed) and a salad. much bigger than I was expecting and definately a pleasant surprise being a relatively small town an hour or 2 out of Amsterdam.
